I’m Melissa Jaques, a Broker with John L. Scott, and I’m passionate about helping people find their place. With a heart for service and a genuine love for connecting with others, I’ve built my real estate career around warmth, responsiveness, and deep local expertise. I’ve proudly called Columbia County home since 2017, and I bring a blend of knowledge, community involvement, and client?first care to every transaction.

My journey in real estate began long before I became a Realtor. I started in finance and secondary home lending in 2006, which gave me valuable insight into the financial side of homeownership. Over the past six years as a licensed Realtor, I’ve become known for my calm guidance, strong communication, and ability to simplify even the most complex steps of the buying or selling process.
