Meet Melissa
Since I was young, I have been fascinated by real estate and I strongly believe it is a great steppingstone for every individual to invest in themselves and build their net worth. Prior to becoming a real estate agent in 2020, I was no stranger to the industry through my prior work in home lending / banking.
Now, I love the opportunities I have every day to exceed my clients’ expectations as I guide them through the process of buying or selling real estate. I’m known for my communicative nature and desire to go above and beyond to ensure my clients leave the transaction feeling completely satisfied.
I am based out of the John L. Scott office in St. Helens and often help clients in Columbia, Douglas, Multnomah, Clackamas and Washington counties. I commonly work with sellers who are going through lifestyle changes and/or need help preparing their property to be “market ready” to get top dollar for their home. On the buyer side, I specialize in first-time home buyers and/or buyers who would benefit from creative thinking to help find the next place they call home.
When I’m not working, I enjoy traveling, reading and going to festivals. As a mother of young teens, I am passionate about my volunteer and fundraising work supporting at-risk teens. It’s important to me that the Columbia County area is a place with ample opportunities and resources for the young people who live in it.
